Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the RECEIPT of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a exchange or refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully.
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to proceed to return your order, please contact us within 14 days after the reception of the items via email at info@vavasstudio.com.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours

We have free return fee only in Switzerland, for EU countries and others the return delivery fee to us is at the expense of the customer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


⚠️Customized items cannot be returned!

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

FREE JEWELRY

Orders with more than 3 pieces of jewelry are eligible to add a free piece, and in case you wish to return an item from your order, the free piece of jewelry should also be returned. Contact info@vavasstudio.com for questions.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items or items discounted via a coupon code may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vavasstudio.com and we'll help you out.
